During the period from February 18 to February 22, 2018, the 23rd International Exhibition of Food, Drinks, Equipment for Hotel and Restaurant Business and Culinary of the Gulf Countries Gulfood-2018 in the United Emirates.
Gulfood is the largest and most influential annual exhibition in the world, attracting an unprecedented number of visitors, exhibitors, and business operations over its four-day duration. It serves as an international platform where more than 5,000 companies from 120 countries and over 95,000 visitors from 170 countries participate.
The primary objective of the exhibition is to assist exporters and manufacturers in finding trade partners in the Middle East, Africa, and South Asia.
This year, Ukraine was represented by 37 companies producing halal products. Among them: Milk Alliance, Terrafud, Roshen, Ovostarf, Lyusdorf, Ptitsekompleks Dneprovsky, MHP, Agrodar-Ukraine, Ichnya, Vitmark, Veres, Rud, Agro-Sense, Agrofujen, Enlil, Agrolider, Zhytomyr Meat plant, etc.
Within the exhibition, conferences, seminars and events were organized to exchange experience and information between representatives of the halal industry of different countries. Among the participants and visitors were representatives of the “Halal Global Ukraine”.
